    * Community “theme” that is based on Quilcene’s assets
    * Color scheme for the town
    * Signage that shows off our assets, esp Quilcene Bay
    * Events with a “rural living” theme
    * Canoe, kayak, boat rentals
    * Sporting goods store / outfitter
    * Pumpkin-fest
    * Beer garden
    * Continuous string of community events throughout the year
    * Soup café
    * Good quick food
    * Bakery
    * Farmers market – beef it up
    * Picnic tables visible from 101
    * Parking lot for motorcycles & vintage cars (so tourists can stop to look at these things)
    * Rotating display of vintage cars & farm equipment
    * Music events
    * Communication devices of all sorts (to let people know what’s going on here), e.g. South Hood Canal events brochure)
    * Web site(s) and links
    * Internet access community-wide / Quilcene wi-fi
    * Increased “open” hours for the Forest Service station, esp in winter
    * Enhance Baseball Champion sign at Center Road entrance
    * Branding our local products with the “Quilcene” name
    * Partnerships with Olympic Music Festival, Finn River Farm & other venues that attract visitors
    * Outdoor adventures school / camp (with academic credit on agreement from other school districts)
